On Earth as it is in Heaven
Love and Truth are like the forces of nature which cannot be controlled or contained. They are the foundations upon which life, liberty and happiness are established. God designed our world in such a way that the nature around us would be a reflection of the spiritual world; so that creation would stir our curiosity as the world of ideas and the world of actions intersect in spacetime. God intended us to receive his wisdom in our spirit as we learn to love truth with all our heart, with all our mind and with all our strength which is the true source of life.
Origin of Evil
But Adam & Eve by believing a lie were separated from this source of life. And after the fall they gradually lost focus on God and his creation and drifted away from his grace as they were preoccupied with struggle for survival and got obsessed with self-preservation. With the passing of time the suspicious mind which was devoid of truth created an imaginary world around them, a world without boundaries and with no knowledge of truth; so, humanity was plunged into death and darkness with no chance of escape.
When the sons of men began to experience the judgement of the LORD, fear griped them and with despair they sought to know the cause. Few godly men among them realize the effects of sin and its consequences and they began to pursue the truth, because the residual-life in them began to fightback against the lies. But the web of lies has already constructed confusing paths of need around them, distracting them from understanding the original intent of God.
Plan of Salvation
Therefore, God in his abundant mercy sent Jesus to redeem this world from the curse of entropy by defeating the fear of death. Now a new path to righteousness was established which is a walk by faith. Jesus led us from front showing the principles of success and restored humanity to their destiny. He exposed the hypocritic rulers, lying authorities and advocates of fear by rising the standard of integrity and justice. And with the resurrection of Christ, the cross which was an object of shame was turned into an object of glory. He showed that there is virtue in sacrifice, honor in humbleness and victory in truth.
Whoever accepts this plan of redemption; God erases the conscience of sin from their heart and a new life with new spirit and new goals is given. when we receive authority from the Holy Spirit, our mind is renewed and restored, and fallen nature is marked for destruction. Initially these ideas of destiny may confuse us as we fight with old ideas. So, in order that we be not overwhelmed with infinite ideas, God simplified the message of salvation by directing our attention to focus on the next immediate goal (his return).
The greatest gift of God’s grace is his willingness to accept us as his children, God knows our every need and the cause of emptiness in our heart. God sent the Holy Spirit to equip the remanent to regain what was lost by unravelling his plan of ‘the Kingdom’. Zion is the God’s answer to fulfill our desire for dominion, our quest for truth and the yearning for love. This is the city that God himself is building; the Kingdom of God on earth as it is in heaven where Jesus will rule as King of Kings. God wants us to participate with him by operating as kings and priests on the earth. This might intrigue us as we have not seen such love in our midst but when we begin to realize the simplicity of the gospel then we will learn to appreciate the goodness and the mercy of God.
Heavenly Partership
To enter this kingdom, God wants us to become like Children as they are the most enthusiastic spirit always willing to adapt to the changes of life. Such inquisitive minds have triggered many discoveries and explored many unknown, they are the pure in heart, innocent and obedient. Abraham had such spirit because of which God gave him glimpse of that city. God promised Abraham to make of him a great Nation through which all the nations of the earth will be blessed. In the same way God puts his ideas in our heart that we might implemented them on earth.
God’s promise of resurrection to revive us and his call to participate in building of Zion inspire and enriches us. We are heaven’s representatives deliberating the laws of heaven and implementing them on earth. Jesus promised to his elect that the gates of hell will not prevail against them. There are three words used in Bible to represent Church:
- The Ecclesia – the governing body of heaven
- The Koinonia – the fellowship or assembly of saints
- The Kurios – means belonging to the Lord’s (kirk or Church in English)
Church is God’s governing body on earth consisting of an assemble of saints which belongs to the Lord. God is the center of our lifestyle influencing all aspects of life i.e. from sanitation to sanctification.
One Body of Christ
Paul’s Damascus encounter triggered a progressive revelation of the concept of the Body of Christ to Paul. The words of Jesus acted as a seed which slowly matured into a revelation that opened Paul’s understanding of the connection between Jesus and his followers. The ideas that ‘Jew and gentiles as one’, ‘the body is the temple of God’ and ‘we are part of his body’ are all rooted in the encounter with Christ.
Jesus is the Apostle of our faith who revealed God’s plan to build Zion. He chose us as his partners on a mission to equip or build (Strongs 3618) the saints. Desire of God is to give the kingdom to the saints so that as Jesus is ruling from heaven, we also rule with him on earth implementing the laws of heaven.
- Daniel 7:27 – Then the sovereignty, dominion, and greatness of the kingdoms under all of heaven will be given to the people, the saints of the Most High. His kingdom will be an everlasting kingdom, and all rulers will serve and obey Him.’
- Luke 12:32 – Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom.
Because of the fierceness of the enemy, God is gathering us into his ark of safely (1 Thess 5:9) in Christ until we reach Zion. Therefore, as the Ambassadors of Christ’s Kingdom we should shine brighter and expose the devil as the world is getting darker.
Betrayals and Abuse of Trust
Since enemy has no power or authority over the body of Christ, he only attacks our ignorance in an area where we are innocent and helpless by intimidation to trap us in darkness. The betrayers are not from outside but are from among us who once had fellowship with us (son of perdition) but have left the faith and gone after this world and its pleasures like Judas Iscariot. This is the spirit of false prophet who imitates the lamb, gives life to the image of the beast and implements the mart of the beast.
It’s time for the body of Christ to act decisively and collectively and take serious action to guard the innocent entrusted to us by God. As sin is deviation from God’s idea, truth is the correcting path back to God’s idea. Science if the major field enemy is trying to infiltrate to capture the innocent by mixing lies with truth. True love which we received from Christ (love for one another) and the hope of his Love for us has power to transform society.
Hindrance to unity to express love by the army of God is only due to betrayals in the body of Christ as we lose trust on one another. Irrespective of that we have been called to show forth good works so let us so run (Mat 5:16, 1 Pet 2:12 and Eph 2:10) to hastening the day of the lord (2 Pet 3:12) by exposing the enemy. Christ also likewise loved the disciples to the end and remained faithful until he exposed every principality of darkness and gave us authority over them so that we are no more oppressed by him about our past.
Supernatural Encounters
God has not left us alone in this battle but has given us the fellowship of the Holy Spirit to unite and lead us into all truth. God promised to pour out his spirit on all fest so that we will see dreams and visions and that the children prophesy. This is the point where spiritual world meets physical world.
So, let’s dig the truth, to know the mysteries that have been hid from ages which are now made know to his elect. To understand the ramification of the ideas and humbly working under the grace of Christ investigate the facts, embracing truth.
Ancient sciences are filled with magic (alchemy to astrology) but the men of God extracted truth form it and give us scientific approach to know truth like chemistry, astronomy, physics etc. Jesus has spoiled the witchcraft and lies of the principalities and powers of this world and made open show of them, triumphing over them. We inherit this kingdom lifestyle from Jesus to declare truth boldly.
Victory of the Lamb
God has promised victory to the saints (Dan 7:27) and peace that will destroys evil (Rom 16:20). As the dragon, beast and the false prophet make war there is Lord’s army that will rise up to challenge the narrative of the enemy. Aslan’s Army will defeat the beasts (Rev 17:14) during that time even the saints from heaven will assist the saints to defeat the beasts (Rev 19:20).
According to Rev 17:12 the horns represent temporary delegated authority, but the 7 horns of the lamb are 7 spirits which are designated to 7 angels (messengers) of 7 churches. Lion of Judah is also the Lamb of God and we in him are part of the Lamb. The saints defeated the accuser of the brothers and conquered him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony (Rev 12:11).
There is a clash of ideas between the saints and the gods of this world. This world does not want to retain God in their memory (Rom 1:28) because it reminds of the Judgement of the unrighteous. In such conflict of interest’s solution/results in a fight/war ceases to exist if there is no practical application to remember it. Jesus is defeater of evil epigenetics; he will famish the gods of the earth (Zeph 2:11) until there is no one worshiping them and all the gods will be put to shame who gloried in evil (Zech 13:2).
Death defeated, End of Evil
Old Sumerian literature to Egyptian hieroglyphics to Assurbanipal’s library to the charm texts of Buddhist travelers’ history is full of magic, necromancy, demonic or near-death experiences because everyone was gripped with fear of death. Therefore, people always incline towards prayer to spiritual entities as they face death. If we know there is someone who answers prayers, we will be praying and if we pray, we will accept his rules and if we accept his rules, we will decree them and will be implementing them.
God of creation (the creator of heaven and earth) is the only person who has power over death and has a plan for eternity. The creator has set some standard to access this privilege which are documented by the fathers faithfully from generation to generation over a millennium in Bible. Jesus has conquered death and promised that the last enemy to be defeated will be death (Heb 2:14).
All he wants as his representatives is to display his righteousness, to demonstrate his kingdom on earth as it is in heaven. He hates evil which is stagnation of thought which represents death as it can’t adapt but life is a force of change where chaos is defeated with the peace from God. So, if we accept his righteousness we will be disgusted of evil and we will decree his laws and will make sure they are implemented.
